1. General Terms

fbaj (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform", "we" or "us") is an online betting and casino service provider. By accessing the website https://fbaj.cam or using any of its services, you agree to all the terms set out in these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and fbaj. By entering into this agreement, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and that participating in online gaming is legally permitted in your place of residence.

1.1 Applicable Law

These terms are governed by relevant international online gaming laws and regulations. The fbaj platform operates in a safe and reliable environment and uses SSL encryption to keep user data secure.

1.2 Language and Interpretation

These terms and conditions are written in Bengali and that version shall be considered the original. In the event of any interpretation dispute, the Bengali version shall prevail. If any part of the terms seems unclear, please contact the fbaj support team.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Eligibility to Register

To open an account on the fbaj platform, the following conditions must be met:

You must be 21 years of age or older (for those aged 21+).
You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of anyone else.
All information you provide is true, accurate and complete.
Online gaming is not prohibited by law in your area.
You have not previously been banned from the platform by fbaj.
You are not currently enrolled in an active self-exclusion program.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per user. Opening multiple accounts by the same person or household is a direct violation of these terms and conditions and may result in all associated accounts being closed. The same policy applies to opening multiple accounts using the same device, IP address, or payment method.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

fbaj reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Identity verification may be required before a withdrawal request is processed. The following documents may be requested for verification:

Government-issued photo ID (national identity card, passport or driving licence).
Proof of address (utility bill or bank statement, no more than three months old).
Proof of ownership of the payment method.

If verification is not completed, fbaj reserves the right to delay or suspend the withdrawal request.

3. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. fbaj will never ask for your password. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

3.1 Account Protection Responsibilities

Use a strong and unique password and change it regularly.
Always log out after logging in from a public or shared device.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
Do not share your account details with any third party.

3.2 Account Misuse

If fbaj determines that your account is being operated by a third party or that fraudulent activity is taking place on the account, we reserve the right to suspend or close the account immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds into fbaj: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳200. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used to deposit funds into your account.

Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for each method).
Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
Deposits from third-party sources will not be accepted.
fbaj reserves the right to impose limits on deposit amounts in certain circumstances.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The following terms apply to withdrawals from fbaj:

Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
Withdrawal timeframe: generally within 1 hour after the request has been processed.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.
Withdrawals may be restricted while an active bonus wagering requirement is in progress.

Withdrawal Notice: fbaj generally completes withdrawals within 1 hour. However, identity verification or unusual transactions may require additional time.

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

fbaj is committed to preventing money laundering. If any suspicious financial activity is detected, we reserve the right to notify the relevant authorities and suspend the account. Using the fbaj platform as a vehicle for money laundering or any illegal financial activity is strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

fbaj offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳10,000. The following terms apply to receive this bonus:

The wagering or turnover requirement for the bonus is 10x (you must place bets totalling 10 times the deposit amount plus the bonus amount).
The bonus applies to the first deposit only.
The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of the bonus being activated.
If the bonus wagering requirement is not met through eligible games, the bonus may be forfeited.
Each user may receive this bonus once only.

5.2 Other Promotions and Offers

fbaj may offer various promotional offers from time to time. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated on the relevant offer page. Multiple bonus offers cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If account activity or betting patterns appear suspicious with the intent of exploiting the bonus system, fbaj reserves the right to cancel the bonus and forfeit any associated winnings.

5.4 VIP Program

The fbaj VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. A weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

The criteria for advancing to a VIP tier are determined at fbaj's discretion and may change at any time. Wagering requirements may also apply to cashback amounts.

6. Betting and Gaming Policy

6.1 Fair Play Policy

fbaj believes in fair play. All games on our platform are operated using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which ensures that game outcomes are completely random and unbiased. Any attempt to influence game outcomes using strategies or software is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has a set minimum and maximum bet amount, which is clearly displayed in the game interface. fbaj reserves the right to change betting limits in certain circumstances or for specific accounts.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a technical error, software malfunction or connection problem, fbaj will attempt to refund the bet amount for that session. fbaj reserves the right to make corrections in the event of incorrect odds or payouts displayed due to a technical error.

6.4 Sports Betting Policy

Betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL and the T20 World Cup), football (FIFA, etc.) and other sports is governed by the following terms:

Bets placed before a match begins are valid — however, pre-match odds may change.
If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the relevant bet amount will be refunded.
Any bet associated with match fixing or spot fixing will not be considered valid.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fbaj platform and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of deposited funds:

Registering an account using false or misleading information.
Operating an account using another person's identity.
Attempting to hack, scrape or reverse-engineer any software or system of the platform.
Operating an account with the intent to abuse or exploit the bonus system.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activity.
Operating multiple accounts from the same person or the same network.
Using automated bots or scripts to conduct betting.
Presenting yourself as an employee or representative of fbaj.
Using the platform for terrorist activities, human trafficking or other illegal activities.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 fbaj's Rights

fbaj reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Violation of these terms and conditions.
If information provided is found to be false or misleading.
Suspicion of fraud or illegal activity.
Failure to complete identity verification.
Instructions from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

8.2 User Rights

You may request to close your fbaj account at any time. Before closing the account, any applicable wagering requirements must be met and available balance must be withdrawn. Account closure requests can be made via live chat or at [email protected].

8.3 Self-Exclusion

9. Limitation of Liability

fbaj and its employees, directors, partners, and service providers will bear no liability in the following cases:

Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical issues.
Loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account, if caused by your own negligence.
Loss caused by issues related to third-party software or services.
Financial loss resulting from your own decisions.
Missed opportunities due to temporary unavailability of the service.

The total liability of fbaj, for any reason whatsoever, shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your account in the 30 days preceding the incident.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Complaints Process

For any dispute or complaint with fbaj, please first contact us via our 24/7 live chat or at [email protected]. Our support team will attempt to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.

10.2 How to Submit a Complaint

Write the complaint clearly in Bengali and include the relevant date, time, and transaction ID.
After receiving the complaint, fbaj will provide an initial response within 7 business days.
For complex matters, resolution may take up to 28 business days.

10.3 Final Decision

fbaj reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters. In the dispute resolution process, fbaj's decision will be final and binding, provided it remains consistent with these terms and conditions.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

fbaj places the highest importance on protecting your personal information. Details of our data collection, storage, and use are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms and conditions.

Your data is kept secure with SSL encryption.
Information collected for identity verification is stored securely.
Your data is not sold to third parties.
Your information is not shared with any third party except where required by legal obligation.

12. Changes to Terms

fbaj reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, fbaj will notify users in the following ways:

By displaying a clear notice on the website.
By sending a notification to your registered email.
